French webinar on Monday: Eat Early. Eat Often. – early introduction of allergens and food allergy prevention
Register now for our March 11th webinar to learn how to help prevent food allergy in babies.
This session is in French and it will cover current recommendations, practical ways to feed allergenic foods to babies, what to watch for in terms of an allergic reaction and how to treat them if they happen.

Robyn Allen Leadership Award
For an individual who has exemplified extraordinary leadership and dedication in the advancement of food allergy awareness and education.
Sabrina Shannon Memorial Award
For students entering their first year or continuing their studies at a post-secondary institution. Students can apply for a chance to receive one of two awards valued at $1,000 each. Applicants do not need to have food allergy to be eligible for the award.

Ramadan, Easter, and Passover are all being celebrated in the coming weeks. Check out our top tips for managing food allergy confidently during your celebrations.
Do the triple-check Read labels:
- Once at the store before buying a product.
- Once when you get home and put it away.
- Again, before you serve or eat the product.
Kitchen tips
- Wash hands thoroughly before and after working in the kitchen.
- Cook meals that are free of the person’s allergens first, using separate cookware and serving utensils.
- Do not use the same utensils when serving food to the person who has the food allergy.
