In collaboration with TrainCan Inc., we have developed Allergen Training for the Foodservice and Food Retail Industry to provide an in-depth understanding on the seriousness of food allergy and anaphylaxis.

Allergen Training for the Foodservice and Food Retail Industry

The program covers education on food allergy and anaphylaxis and teaches managers the necessary principles to develop allergen risk management procedures that are specific to their own company’s environment.

The course involves:

  • A completion duration of 2-3.5 hours, on average.
  • 5 sections that must be completed.
  • A 30-question exam with a passing score of 75% for a certificate of completion.
